There is a 50% deposit due at the time of booking. Your deposit confirms your order. The remaining balance can be paid when you collect your order.

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferable only if there is an opening on the new date.

If for any reason you need to cancel your order or change your due date. Please let us know as soon as possible.

Any funds paid for wedding cake tasting will go towards the final balance if the wedding cake is booked with Cake My Day

If you are more than 15 minutes late than the agreed-upon pick-up time, there will be a $20 late fee added to your final balance. If you are more than 30 minutes late there will be a $40.00 late fee added to your final balance. You will not receive your order until the balance is paid.

Please understand that we plan our days around pick-up times. Depending on how late you are we may not be available for pick up. We understand that things happen and try to be as flexible as possible. If the agreed-upon pickup time does not work, please communicate with me ASAP.
